For medication refill requests, please call the office and allow 72 hours for response. Feel free to fax any documents to (843) 881-2909.

Hours

Regular office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Summer office hours are from June to August and Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm.

However, we are available by phone 24/7. If you are unable to reach us at our regular phone number after hours, please call our answering service at 842-725-0603.
